Most importantly you forgot this –
The organizational assessment from early 2024 that cost hundreds od thousands of dollars . Stating that Aenlle was getting too much power and causing issues. That the then Undersheriff Hsiung and Assistant Sheriff Monaghan needed to be included in making decisions and keeping the peace.

Then Parea was backdoor hired in June 2024 with no interview process and background??? Ultimately leading to more HR “ignored” complaints and the investigation starting in July 2024 and then the continued decline for months until Corpus fired Monaghan in September. Since September there have been no respected leaders in the Sheriff office.
Corpus allowed Aenlle to stay working not on admin leave during this investigation causing lawsuits and chaos. Corpus caused this.
Ask how much she wasted on that ignored assessment? And the cost of losing her own respected Executive team Hsiung and Monaghan. Who rolls through executive team members like this?
Was the Meliora Public Safety Consulting (PSC), LLC contract one of the first contracts that she preferentially gave to her campaign supports? The PSC website confirms that for SMPD Chief Susan Manheimer is a Senior Associate there. Was the contract a support payback, which is partially why it was largely ignored?
Manheimer has wanted to become more involved in County operations, and specifically the Sheriff’s Office, for years now. As I recall, she applied for more than one department head level job for which she was not selected.
Most of the PSC report was based on running a PD, not a much larger organization with concurrent jurisdiction in all municipalities within the county, plus the other other specialized operations (driver training, search & rescue, corrections, civil, hospital security, etc). Especially due to the decades of law enforcement cooperation among chiefs and the sheriff, up until the Corpus administration, that have resulted in county-wide task forces, state-federal-local on going initiatives, etc. Few if any California counties operated as effectively and efficiently until the Corpus administration.
Pretty sure the $200,000 organizational assessment was ignored because it also identified an abuse and over step of power of Aenlle and suggested to put him in a less authoritarian position because it was clear he was overstepping his role and causing issues. Look in July 2024 it wad published and isn’t a police department report.
More misappropriation of funds and more ignored advice on Aenlle. Also, allegedly why Chris Hsiung left. And the start of the command staff unraveling and the department headed into law suits and county wide chaos. So, there is that version of the organizational assessment too…
Interpret the parts that impacts one person, Aenlle- and that one person protected beyond measure is irreparable to the Sheriff’s career and how she lost respect of the entire county
Aenlle and Corpus- organizations are jot just about yourselves- its an organization. Something a Millbrae Captain and relator obviously are too blind to see and understand. Selfish leader to run the sheriff office based on her own personal revenge objectives and not be able to work with everyone including whatever she calls her good old boys club.
There seems to be too much focus before Sheriff Corpus started her role in 2023. She was around for some of this but ultimately there are major issues under Corpus command and watch. A lot of issues grew the longer Aenlle was allowed to expand his directions, reach and commands to sworn officers.

August 2024 DSA communications were cut off since Parea started. Monaghan no longer able to keep the peace and not allowed ton communicate with unions. Parea told by Aenlle they needed to not look week and deny requests.
August 2024 DSA filed PERP and board of supervisors now trying to get Corpus to settle the complaints

It’s heart-warming to read the comments of we’ll-versed individuals, who have closely followed the chaos at the Sheriffs Office. I tip my hat to each and everyone of you who have seen the forest through the trees! Yes on Measure A.

“Then-sheriff Greg Munks and Bolanos, who was the undersheriff, were detained at a brothel two-miles west of the Las Vegas strip on April 21, 2007. The two were in Las Vegas for the weekend to participate in a law enforcement run, the Baker to Vegas Relay. After the raid, Bolanos told KLAS-TV in Las Vegas that Munks was sore after the run and he asked a limo driver to take them to a massage parlor. While prostitution is legal in some Nevada counties, it is illegal in Clark County, where Las Vegas is located.
When they got back to San Mateo County on April 24, 2007, Munks said he thought they were visiting a “legitimate business” and he apologized to his family, the sheriff’s office and the people of the county, but he denied breaking any laws. Both have maintained that Bolanos never went inside of the establishment. According to news reports at the time, 3,500 Ecstasy pills and $25,000 were confiscated from the bordello”

I think the timeline date I’m looking most forward to is when the cute little doctor Vickey PhD esquire and his toy the sheriff you can’t trust get the Tiffany metal bracelets and go to jail where criminals belong. The dirty contracts, firing executives because they no longer shared her lack of vision, the illegal arrest of the DSA president for fake charges, the shady daycare center and my favorite the special ar-15s that the cute little doctor had access to.
Get those two some jail cells. They deserve them.
