Final Palo Alto candidate forum video has been salvaged — YouTube posted, cable air dates scheduled

At first it appeared that a video recording of the Oct. 13 Daily Post Palo Alto City Council candidate forum made by the Mid-Peninsula Media Center had been corrupted and could not be shown. Now an view-able version of the forum has surfaced and can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjlZq6-sby8

  1. Please also prominently provide a link to Mid-Pen Media’s Your=tube channel. Last night they kept featuring the Liz Kniss LWV forum as the LIVE forum. Too many people wasted too much time trying to find the DP forum.

    Thanks.

  2. I just went to program my DVR for the Sunday 10/16 replay at 6 pm on channel 30. It looks like some other show is scheduled for that time slot. I did notice that there is a League of Women Voters program about Palo Alto Council candidates at 4pm – 5:41pm on Sunday, channel 30. Can you confirm the correct dates and times.

  3. Hi People
I’m on the Board at Midpen and a former employee. We were really unhappy with our performance the night of the Daily’s forum. And we apologize. We had some incompatibility issues between our equipment and the city’s equipment that we were using at Mitchell Park. We put our best minds on it and voila it worked. Thank you one and all for your patience. Midpen is the little non-profit that could. We appreciate the Community’s continued support.
