A towering construction crane has been set up to construct the new building at 429 University Ave. that will replace several small shops including Shady Lane.
The 28,547-square-foot development owned by Elizabeth Wong will have two levels of underground parking, stores on the street level, offices on the second floor, housing on the third floor and offices and a terrace on the fourth floor.
