Police dog attacks innocent man napping in his own backyard

A Mountain View man, who wasn’t suspected of any crime, was asleep in his backyard when cops mistook his identity and let a police dog attack him, causing him serious injuries for which he wants Mountain View and Palo Alto to pay, according to a claim he filed with both cities.
