Police in Sunnyvale are asking for the public’s help in solving a murder.
A shooting was reported at 7:40 p.m. in the 900 block of South Wolfe Road, where officers found the victim with gunshot wounds. The 900 block is between Gary Avenue and Maria Lane. Homes are on both sides of the street.
Officers gave him medical aid but despite life-saving efforts he died at the scene. His name was not released.
Police said they believe that the victim knew the shooter, but no arrests have been made.
