Police and family members are looking for a Junipero Serra High School student from East Palo Alto who has been missing since Thursday.
Jonathan Bedolla was last seen leaving his job at Stanford Shopping Center on Thursday at 5 p.m.
East Palo Alto police said Jonathan was last thought to be in the area of the Menlo Park Caltrain station on Thursday evening. The destination of the 17-year-old was unknown.
His mother has made repeated calls and sent text messages requesting that he contact her, all to no avail.
“We are all praying for Jonny’s well-being and safe return,” said Serra President Lars Lund. “The entire Serra community cares about Jonny very much, and we hope that he will come home safely right away.”
Police said foul play isn’t suspected.
Police also said he does not suffer from any medical conditions.
