Measure J deserves better than a cartoon that the City is conceding a scandal. Withholding an appraisal in itself does not prove the price is unreasonable, the negotiation is dishonest , or Measure J is a bad investment. Measure J merits its benefits on established facts, not the insinuation of a cartoon. Vote Yes on Measure J. Community First!
Ken, don’t you read the papers? I think the issues regarding the appraisal have been laid out pretty well in previous news stories and editorials. I don’t think the purpose of a cartoon is to repeat all of the reporting on a subject to date. Maybe you’re upset because this cartoon is right on the mark.
