San Mateo County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a 72-year-old masseur who allegedly touched women inappropriately at a spa in San Carlos.
The sheriff’s office opened the investigation in February after a woman said she was touched in an “unwanted and inappropriate” way by a male massage therapist.
During the investigation, sheriff’s investigators found other victims.
Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for Enli Feng, who was arrested and jailed on Friday. He was booked on charges of sexual battery by fraud, sexual battery and theft by caretaker from an elder adult.
In addition to the spa in San Carlos, Feng provided massages in Millbrae and other Peninsula cities. Investigators believe there may be other victims.
