A woman has died from her injuries after being struck while jogging in a crosswalk, Palo Alto Police said today (Feb. 2).
The woman, who was in her 50s, was jogging at 7:24 a.m. Friday morning, when she was struck by a sedan that turned left onto Saint Francis Drive from Oregon Avenue, police said.
The woman was taken to a hospital and the driver, who is in their 30s, stayed at the scene and cooperated with police.
The woman died from her injuries yesterday (Feb. 1), police said.
Drugs and alcohol don’t appear to be a factor in the crash, but the investigation is ongoing, police said.
The driver is in “their” 30s? Is it a man or a woman, or somebody who uses the pronoun of “their”?
Seems like an inappropriate comment to something like this
