A U.S. senate aide who graduated from Palo Alto High School is out of a job after a video surfaced allegedly showing him having sex with another man in a Senate hearing room.

Aidan Maese-Czeropski had worked for Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Md., who had previously called the U.S. Capitol a “sacred space” while comparing the Jan. 6, 2021 uprising with 9/11.

Cardin’s office put out a brief statement saying Maese-Czeropski is no longer employed by the senate.

On Friday, The Daily Caller, a conservative news outlet, published what it said was video showing a congressional staffer having “sex with an unknown man in the Senate hearing room.” It added that the video was shared “in a private group for gay men in politics.”

Then, a handful of conservative outlets alleged that Maese-Czeropski was one of the men in the video.

Maese-Czeropski couldn’t be reached for comment, but he posted a statement on LinkedIn that did not deny his involvement.

“This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda. While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgment, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace,” wrote Maese-Czeropski.

Maese-Czeropski graduated from Palo Alto High School in 2017. He went on to get his bachelor’s degree from UC-Berkeley. He has worked for Cardin since October 2021, and previously was an intern for Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., in 2018.

  1. What a shocking act of disrespect by a government employee. Thank God the conservative media outlets exposed this degenerate for the disgusting person he truly is.

  2. Outrageous. Shows maximum disrespect for our institutions. These same institutions protect and pay him. No politician protects us, our institutions and our respect for them do. Maese debased himself and indirectly all of us. Give him 10 years behind bars to think about it

  3. You sick and twisted human. No one cares if you’re Gay. You don’t shoot a sex video in the Senate and that the issue. Grow a pair and own up to it.

  4. It’s unfortunate this individual chose to portray himself as a victim of gay-bias. It would have been equally gross and disrespectful had the act occurred between a man and a woman. That he a) chose to have sex inside the U.S. Capitol and b) chose to share a video of it publicly shows an utter lack of good judgment and maturity. Therefore, he is unfit to serve any member of Congress.

  5. A November 2023 Democratic Virginia House of Delegates candidate was outed for doing pornographic live-sex performances with her husband online for “tokens” from anyone on the World Wide Web willing to pay them. The news coverage was sympathetic toward the politician.

There was no call from the Democratic Party (to my knowledge) for the candidate to step down and allow someone else to be the Democratic nominee. She lost in a swing district in an election cycle that otherwise went well for Democrats.

So … I am not too surprised to see this homosexual porn video in the Hart Senate Office Building story. Given the tone set by today’s Democratic Party, I understand why the Senate Staffer may have thought it just some naughty/daring/forgivable/pushing-boundaries adventure.

  6. Palys finest I’m sure his teachers are proud of him also who did he work for democrats? What about all the disgusting acts we don’t know about.

  7. Bad idea, bad judgement, yada yada. It’s over … What is worse is all of these people in here beating a dead horse. There are innocent children in the Middle East taking their last breaths under a pile of rubble that a few hours earlier was their home. Us this not more important?

  8. Dem-on-Dem anal penetration while sullying and desecrating a public office … There’s nothing new here. With their tax-and-spend policies, Democrats have been using their offices to screw their fellow Americans for decades.

  9. I think the government should make an example of this degenerate. They could castrate him on live pay-per-view TV and use the proceeds to replace the furnishings this animal despoiled. No decent human being will ever want to sit in, much less touch, anything this worthless and disgusting person was near with his filthy body.

  10. This young man was afforded many new rights, that I did not have at his age, and then ruined it by making a sex video at work. Someone in love doesn’t make sex tapes of their private moments. Very immature mind, who should not be connected to political decision making.

  11. I think Aidan Maese-Czeropski’s parents and teachers must share the blame for this degenerate’s disgusting actions. Clearly this smug, good-for-nothing and selfish reprobate was not adequately raised nor properly educated in an environment that taught the importance of decent, civilized and respectful behavior. The saddest thing is that this ignorant clown has been taught to believe he is a victim despite the fact that he willfully and knowingly behaved like a sick animal.

  12. It’s shocking to think that this imbecile was working in government and no doubt hoping to move up the power ladder. Try to imagine the uncivilized country we would be living in if an undignified, immature buffoon like this was ever allowed to be in control of anything. We’ve already seen what happens when the Woke Democrats sidestep qualified candidates to give powerful jobs to clowns like the serial suitcase stealer and trans activist, Sam Brinton, or hand over the reigns of our transit system to an uncaring stooge like Pete Buttigieg.
