Menlo Park Mayor Drew Combs said a fellow council member ought to apologize for the wild ride city residents and its manager had to endure due to a secret meeting about the city manager’s performance.
On Sunday (Oct. 10), Combs, who typically works with City Manager Starla Jerome-Robinson on setting the council agenda, was alerted that the council would be meeting Tuesday (Oct. 12) at 3:30 p.m. in closed session to discuss Jerome-Robinson’s performance.
