A fatal shooting occurred today (March 1) on the 2400 block of Carlmont Drive in Belmont police said.
The shooting occurred around 10:30 a.m. on the street that has many apartment complexes and multi-family condo developments.
There is no threat to the community, and it appears to be an isolated event, police said.
No further information was released.
The coroner’s office is not yet releasing the name of the deceased.
The Post did not hear back from Belmont Police with further information.
