Frances Mae Stronck (Ainsworth), March 2, 1935-June 13, 2019, passed away unexpectedly at her home at the age of 84. She was born in San Francisco, CA and was a resident of San Mateo County for 60 years.
She will be remembered as a beautiful and gracious wife and mother. Frances was quite talented and artistic. She had an eye for home decorating and also enjoyed playing piano and gardening. Family and friends enjoyed countless gatherings, especially during the holidays where she prepared wonderful and elaborate meals. She’ll also be remembered for her witty sense of humor.
She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Turner Ainsworth and her mother Frances L. Ainsworth, and her husband of 52 years, Gerald David Stronck. She is survived by her five children, Robert Stronck of San Mateo, William Stronck of Woodside, Linda Silver of Los Angeles, Christopher Carey-Stronck of Placerville, and Caroline Koch of Novato, her brother-in-law Dr. David Stronck, and numerous grandchildren.
