A motorcyclist has succumbed to his injuries following a crash at the Stanford Shopping Center yesterday, police said.
Police were called to the 100 block of El Camino Real at 4:29 p.m. on report of a crash between a sedan and motorcyclist. Officers responded and found a man in his 20s, had been ejected from his motorcycle, he was taken to the hospital where he later died, police said.
The motorcyclist was traveling south on El Camino Real when a sedan headed north, driven by a woman in her 20s, turned left to go to a business, and the motorcycle collided with the car, police said.
The woman remained at the scene, and police shutdown El Camino Real between Sand Hill and Quarry roads for about three hours to investigate the crash.
