High-speed rail authority plans more fences, bigger gates

The High Speed Rail Authority is planning to create a “sealed corridor” along the Caltrain tracks, with fences and bigger gates from San Jose to San Francisco.

In an environmental impact report, the authority said it plans to install fences along the entire railroad and add “four-quadrant” gates at all 40 crossings …
