The state Fair Political Practices Commission has fined former Palo Alto Mayor Liz Kniss and current Mayor Tom DuBois for campaign finance violations, and they’re investigating Councilwoman Lydia Kou. The government integrity agency has also received a complaint about Councilman Greer Stone, but hasn’t decided whether to investigate.
