Fire struck the Jack In The Box at 1100 El Camino Real in San Carlos early Sunday.
Battalion Chief Glendon Chan of Redwood City Fire said workers inside the restaurant reported the fire at 5:25 a.m. Chan said there were reports of smoke.
Soon flames were seen. Everyone inside got out and there were no injuries. The interior of the restaurant was destroyed.
