Barbara Settle, passed away peacefully in her home on Dec. 25, 2024 at the age of 97.
Born in Daly City Barbara was the daughter of Paul and Bernice Puppo along with sister Jean, and brothers Alfred, Gary, and Dennis.
In 1959, she eloped with Thomas B. Settle to Reno, Nevada. When Tom passed in 2003, she continued to care for herself and was very independent. She frequented the Bagel Café, Dinah’s Poolside Café and shopped at the Discovery Thrift store.
Thank you to her caregiver Ruby and her doctors at Menlo Medical for their excellent care.
Barbara leaves behind her brother, Gary Puppo and wife Barbara Puppo of Pacifica, her sister-in-law Barbara Puppo widow to her brother Dennis in Valley Springs. Her Uncle Edward’s wife Marlee Puppo of San Jose.
