  1. You forgot to add the articles and opinion pieces you wrote detailing the departure of Undersheriff Hsiung, the attempted firing of Asst. Sheriff Monaghan, and the resignation of Capt. Brian Philip for not agreeing to participate in the arrest of Carlos Tapia

  2. Most importantly you forgot this –

The organizational assessment from early 2024 that cost hundreds od thousands of dollars . Stating that Aenlle was getting too much power and causing issues. That the then Undersheriff Hsiung and Assistant Sheriff Monaghan needed to be included in making decisions and keeping the peace.

Ultimately leading to Hsiung leaving, June 2024.

Then Parea was backdoor hired in June 2024 with no interview process and background??? Ultimately leading to more HR “ignored” complaints and the investigation starting in July 2024 and then the continued decline for months until Corpus fired Monaghan in September. Since September there have been no respected leaders in the Sheriff office.

Corpus allowed Aenlle to stay working not on admin leave during this investigation causing lawsuits and chaos. Corpus caused this.

Ask how much she wasted on that ignored assessment? And the cost of losing her own respected Executive team Hsiung and Monaghan. Who rolls through executive team members like this?

  3. There seems to be too much focus before Sheriff Corpus started her role in 2023. She was around for some of this but ultimately there are major issues under Corpus command and watch. A lot of issues grew the longer Aenlle was allowed to expand his directions, reach and commands to sworn officers.

Organizational assessment $$$$ 680+ pages ignored, again another document showing Aenlle needed to oversee non sworn officers and duties

May 2024 first retaliation lawsuit under Corpus filed
June 2024 Hsiung left allegedly due to Aenlle running amuck
    June 2024 Parea hired
July 2024 organizational assessment posted publicly, HR complaints ignored, Aenlle not on admin leave
    July 2024 Independent investigation started
July/August prior lawsuits settled under Bolanos watch but Sheriff botched her testimony ultimately causing higher payout
August 2024 DSA communications were cut off since Parea started. Monaghan no longer able to keep the peace and not allowed ton communicate with unions. Parea told by Aenlle they needed to not look week and deny requests.

August 2024 DSA filed PERP and board of supervisors now trying to get Corpus to settle the complaints
September 2024 DSA no confidence cote of Aenlle
September 2024 Monaghan fired 2 days after sharing he participated
