President Biden is scheduled to arrive at Moffett Field tonight for a couple of fundraising events tomorrow.

Tomorrow he’ll attend a fundraiser at the Portola Valley home of venture capitalist Vinod Khosla, according to MarketWatch. Then he will travel to Palo Alto for a similar event at the home of Marissa Mayer, former Yahoo CEO, according to journalist Teddy Schleifer. Gov. Gavin Newsom and his wife Jennifer Siebel Newsom are expected to attend that event.

On Saturday, he will be in Seattle for a fundraiser there.

  1. It would have been special if the City could have sent out traffic warnings to all of us living nearby, not just to parents of school children.

But that would be undercutting the city’s record of failed outreach where this week they warned about El Camino construction work that necessitating lane closures at NIGHT but neglected to inform residents ruction work on BLOCKS of Middlefield.

Remind me again how many millions of dollars we pay for the City Manager’s HUGE “Communications” staff that so consistently fails to reach out to us with important information while sharing its laughable weekly recipes and health tips and urging us to celebrate Mental Health!

Trust me, simultaneous construction projects on parallel streets forcing us to seek alternate ways to cross El Camino does not contribute to Mental Health.
