Palo Alto High School was on lockdown earlier today after a student reported seeing a man on the bike path behind school who might have had a gun.
Police searched but couldn’t find anobody who matched the description and school authorities lifted the lockdown.
Police were looking for an Hispanic male adult with tattoos on his arms. No further information was available.
One report was that he was pointing the handgun at passing cars on Alma Street.
