Police in Mountain View today arrested a former elementary school teacher on suspicion of inappropriately touching a student several years ago.
Arrested was Bryan Rios, 42, a Santa Clara resident.
In October, Mountain View Police spoke with the alleged victim after the child’s family claimed the teacher allegedly touched the child inappropriately during class at Theuerkauf Elementary School on San Luis Avenue several years ago.
Police didn’t state whether the alleged victim was a boy or a girl.
Detectives are now looking for other students who may have been inappropriately touched, police said.
