In the top right of this photo is the rendering developer Ron Grove submitted to the city of San Carlos for a five-home development he hopes to build in Devonshire Canyon. The rendering, with blue brush strokes for the sky and green vegetation, looks like something public TV’s Bob Ross would have painted. So the Post Photoshopped the rendering onto Ross’s easel. As Bob would say, “This isn’t a mistake, only a happy accident.”
