Nearly $50,000 separates the two contenders to replace Dave Pine on the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors.
Burlingame Councilwoman Emily Beach has brought in $168,063 cash, according to finance forms filed with the county yesterday. The forms filed yesterday show how much candidates raked in between Jan. 1 and June 31.
Beach is running against Millbrae Councilwoman Gina Papan for the seat. Pine is term-limited and cannot run again. The seat represents residents from South San Francisco to Burlingame.
Papan has raised $117,016, according to her finance forms.
