Justin Murphy, currently Menlo Park’s interim city manager, will become the city’s next permanent manager, City Council decided today in a closed session, according to Councilman Drew Combs.
He replaces Starla Jerome-Robinson, who retired in January 2022. Murphy, a 26-year city employee, has been holding down the fort since then.
