A 25-year-old Redwood City man, Christian Garcia-Torres, was shot in an East Palo Alto parking garage and later died at a hospital, police reported today.

The garage on Woodland Avenue is in the pocket of East Palo Alto between Highway 101 and San Franciquito Creek where there are several apartment buildings. The location is just a couple of blocks from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s house in Palo Alto.
