Grieving family leaves a unique gift to the Creamery

After her mother died of lung cancer, Palo Alto resident Olivia Koyama and her family raised over $28,000 to keep their favorite restaurant alive a little longer through the pandemic.

“We wanted to find a cause that I know my mom would really care about, and take up a cause that is really needed right now,” Olivia, 24, told the Post.
