A federal judge in San Francisco has ordered Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen to either release Palo Alto convicted murderer Bulos Zumot or put him on trial again for the 2011 killing of his girlfriend in their cottage on Addison Avenue, which was then set on fire.
