There is increasing data and studies that marijuana is bad – bad for kids, bad for the brain, bad for the highway with increased fatalities on the road and ineffective medicinally (meaning it was a lie that it has medical value). So why are we tolerating public officials pushing drugs? Why are we enabling the users (boy, that is proving a disaster in SF and elsewhere). Why are we, the public not protecting the kids? The greed and benefit of the few and of course, the pothead lobby benefits but the larger society loses. There is no public benefit to drug use – none.
