The Los Altos City Council will vote on Tuesday (Oct. 12) on a censure policy to admonish council members who break the council’s rules.
The policy comes in the wake of Councilwoman Lynette Lee Eng reading a text message from a resident and allegedly misrepresenting what it said during a meeting.
