Ruth Fish of Palo Alto, CA passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018; Loving Mother of Ellyn Swerdlow (Glen), Howard (Brigid), and Larry; Cherished grandmother of Jennifer and Rebecca Swerdlow, Zachary and Rachel Fish, Alex and Lauren Fish, and loving dogs Sadie and Toby.
Ruth, predeceased by her beloved Martin, moved to the area in 1960. As a wife and mother of three, she completed college graduating with a BA from San Jose State University and a Masters of Arts in Counseling from University of San Francisco. She especially enjoyed collecting art and porcelain, traveling, her many animals over the years, and helping others.
She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and devotion to her family and friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 18 at 11:00 A. M. at Alta Mesa Memorial Park, 695 Arastradero Road, Palo Alto, CA 94306.
